What programs do I need?

The software for editing Mockups are: Photoshop and Blender. We also have classes showing how to edit! (If you don't have Photoshop, you can use the free PhotoPEA online editor that accepts .PSD files)

Can I do it on my cell phone?

No, to use Mockups you need a computer (even a more basic computer/notebook) to download and install the software that is used for editing and rendering them.
